L’article L. 562‑4‑1 du code de l’environnement est complété par un IV ainsi rédigé : « IV. – À compter du 1 er janvier 2022, une procédure de révision des plans mentionnés aux articles L. 562‑1 et suivants, pris en matière de prévention du risque d’inondation, doit obligatoirement être engagée tous les quinze ans à compter de leur mise en application. »
