Summary

L’article 26 de la loi n° 2009‑1436 du 24 novembre 2009 pénitentiaire est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Avant sa prise de fonction, tout aumônier déclare solennellement apporter aux détenus un culte respectueux des principes de liberté, d’égalité et de fraternité et des grands principes républicains reconnus par le droit. L’aumônier déclare également que son assistance spirituelle devra encourager la réinsertion du détenu dans la société. En cas de parjure, l’aumônier perd son agrément ».
