Summary

I. – Après le neuvième alinéa de l'article L. 511-1 du code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « 9° Si l’étranger a demandé pour lui-même ou pour autrui un certificat de virginité. » II. – Tout étranger demandant pour lui-même ou pour autrui, un certificat de virginité sera condamné à une peine d’interdiction du territoire français telle que définie à l’article L. 131-30 du code pénal. Cette peine sera assortie d’une obligation de quitter le territoire français définie à l’article amendé L. 511-1 du code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile.
