Summary

I. – Substituer à l’alinéa 1 les deux alinéas suivants : « I. – L’article L. 6122‑8 du code de la santé publique est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’autorisation octroyée pour une activité d’obstétrique ne peut être retirée sans qu’une évaluation au préalable des alternatives possibles concernant l’accessibilité et la qualité du service médical attendu par les patients n’ait été réalisée dans le périmètre du territoire concerné. » II. – En conséquence, au début de l’alinéa 2, substituer aux mots : « Durant cette période » les mots : « Dans un délai d’un an ».
