Summary

Après l’alinéa 3, insérer l’alinéa suivant :  « Pour les travailleurs en situation de handicap, le référent handicap tel que visé à l’article L. 5213‑6‑1 du présent code transmet à la demande du travailleur handicapé ses observations au médecin du travail en amont de cet examen médical, afin de faciliter une connaissance transverse de son parcours, à la fois médicale et médico-sociale. »
