Compléter l’alinéa 13 par la phrase suivante : « En cas de disparition de l’entreprise ou si l’employeur se trouve dans l’incapacité totale, notamment pour raisons médicales, d’assurer ses obligations légales, le contrat d’apprentissage est réputé rompu et le centre de formation d’apprentis contribue à retrouver une entreprise à l’apprenti afin qu’il puisse obtenir son diplôme ou son titre sanctionnant la qualification professionnelle prévue par le contrat initial sans retard. »
