Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 5 : « Les professionnels de santé qui veulent participer, délivrer ou administrer une préparation létale à une personne en fin de vie qui demande à mourir le font sur la base du volontariat. Ils s’enregistrent sur un registre public dédié à cet effet. Les modalités d’application de cet alinéa sont définies par décret. »
