Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 6 : «  Art. L. 3111‑16‑1 . – Lorsque survient un changement d’attributaire d’un contrat de service public portant sur tout ou partie d’un service de transport public routier de voyageurs dans la région Ile-de-France, les contrats de travail en cours depuis au moins six mois des salariés affectés majoritairement au service transféré et concourant directement ou indirectement à la production du service transféré sont automatiquement transférés au nouvel employeur. »
