Après l’alinéa 4, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « I  bis . – Après le 8° du I de l’article L. 511‑1 du code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile, il est inséré un 9° ainsi rédigé : « « 9° Si son casier judiciaire porte la mention d’une condamnation pénale sur la période où il a séjourné sur le territoire national. » »
