Summary

I. – Le I de l’article 244 quater E du code général des impôts ainsi modifié : 1° Le 1° est ainsi modifié : a)  Au premier alinéa du 1°, l’année : « 2020 » est remplacée par l’année : « 2025 » ; b)  Au a bis , après le mot : « tourisme », sont insérés les mots : « non professionnels » ; 2° Le premier alinéa du 3° est complété par les mots : « non professionnels ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts
