I. – Au premier alinéa du I de l’article 150 U du code général des impôts, après la seconde occurrence du mot : « commerciaux, », sont insérés les mots : « hors la gestion et la location de meublés de tourisme situés en Corse qui ont bénéficié du crédit d’impôt prévu à l’article 244 quater E, ». II. – Le I entre en vigueur à compter du 1 er janvier 2022.
