Summary

I. – L’article 278 du code général des impôts est complété par trois alinéas ainsi rédigés : « Un taux majoré de taxe sur la valeur ajoutée fixé à 33 % s’applique aux produits suivants : «  a) Les bières dont le taux d’alcool est supérieur à 10 % «  b) Les magazines et revues à caractère pornographique ». II. – Le I s’applique aux opérations pour lesquelles la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée est exigible à compter du 1 er janvier 2020. III. – Le I s’applique aux opérations dont le fait générateur intervient à compter du 1 er janvier 2020. Toutefois, il ne s’applique pas aux encaissements pour lesquels la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée est exigible avant cette date.
