Summary

L’article L. 232‑3 du code de l’énergie est ainsi modifié : 1° Au cinquième alinéa, après le mot : « accompagnement », sont insérés les mots : « et à la fourniture d’un diagnostic défini à l’article L. 126‑26 du code de la construction et de l’habitation réalisé à l’issue des travaux » ; 2° À la première phrase du 7° , les mots : « de la condition prévue » sont remplacés par les mots : « des conditions prévues ».
