Summary
Avalduses mõistetakse hukka Hiina assimilatsioonipoliitika ja Tiibeti internaatkoolisüsteemi, mille eesmärk on kaotada tiibetlaste ja teiste vähemuste, näiteks uiguuride erinevad keelelised, kultuurilised ja usulised traditsioonid, nõutakse Tiibetis lastele kehtestatud internaatkoolisüsteemi ja perekondade lahutamise tava viivitamatut kaotamist, nagu rõhutasid ÜRO eksperdid 2023. aasta veebruaris ja kutsutakse lisaks Hiina ametivõime üles lubama luua Tiibeti erakoole. Avaldus kutsub riike ja Euroopa Liidu komisjoni asepresidenti ning liidu välisasjade ja julgeolekupoliitika kõrget esindajat üles nõudma, et Hiina valitsus väljastaks Euroopa diplomaatidele viisad, et külastada internaatkoole kogu Tiibetis ning lubaks sõltumatutel ajakirjanikel ja rahvusvahelistel vaatlejatel piirkonda siseneda.
