Summary

Le troisième alinéa de l’article L. 2324‑1 du code de la santé publique est ainsi rédigé : « L’organisation d’un accueil collectif à caractère éducatif hors du domicile parental, à l’occasion des vacances scolaires, des congés professionnels ou des loisirs, public ou privé, ouvert à des enfants scolarisés dans l’enseignement primaire est subordonnée à une autorisation délivrée par le représentant de l’État dans le département, après avis du médecin responsable du service départemental de protection maternelle et infantile. »
