I. –Après l’alinéa 1, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « I bis . – Au deuxième alinéa du même article L. 4153‑6, les mots : « plus de seize ans » sont remplacés par les mots : « d’au moins quinze ans s’ils justifient avoir accompli la scolarité du premier cycle de l’enseignement secondaire ». II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « III. – Au deuxième alinéa du même article L. 3336‑4, les mots : « de plus de seize ans » sont remplacés par les mots : « d’au moins quinze ans s’ils justifient avoir accompli la scolarité du premier cycle de l’enseignement secondaire » .
