Summary

Après l’alinéa 9, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « c) Est ajouté un VII ainsi rédigé : « VII. – Les frais associés aux transferts des fonds du compte que la banque a décidé de fermer vers le compte désigné par le client ne peuvent être à la charge de ce dernier. « Le transfert doit être exécuté sans délai dès instruction du client, tout comme la communication de l’ensemble des documents afférents à son compte. »
