Summary

I. – Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 28 : « 1° Le premier alinéa est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Elles ne peuvent être effectuées à titre commercial. » ; II. – En conséquence, rétablir le 2° de l’alinéa 30 dans la rédaction suivante : « 2° Avant le dernier alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’importation de gamètes en France est interdite sous quelque forme que ce soit pour les entreprises commerciales. »
