I. ‒ Compléter l’alinéa 1 par la phrase suivante : « Le défaut de respect de ces obligations par l’organisme peut entraîner l’annulation du contrat qui lui a été confié ou la fixation de pénalités financières. » II. ‒ En conséquence, compléter l’alinéa 2 par la phrase suivante : « En cas de non respect, le délégataire peut mettre fin au contrat de son sous-traitant ou demander une pénalité financière. » III. ‒ En conséquence, à l’alinéa 4, supprimer les mots : « et de sanction ».
