Summary

Dans un délai de douze mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport sur les conditions de travail des accompagnants des élèves en situation de handicap. Le rapport rend notamment compte des conditions d’accompagnement hors du temps scolaire. Il évalue aussi les modalités de prise en charge des frais de transport.
