Après l’article L. 211‑20 du code de l’organisation judiciaire, il est inséré un article L. 211‑21 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 211‑21. –  Un ou plusieurs tribunaux judiciaires spécialement désignés connaissent des actions relatives au devoir de vigilance fondées sur les articles L. 225‑102‑4 et L. 225‑102‑5 du code de commerce. »
