Summary

Après le dix-septième alinéa de l'article 2 de la loi constitutionnelle n° 2005-205 du 1er mars 2005 relative à la Charte de l'environnement, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Art. 6 bis. – Par application du principe de non-régression, la protection de l’environnement, assurée par les dispositions législatives et réglementaires relatives à l’environnement, ne peut faire l’objet que d’une amélioration constante, compte tenu des connaissances scientifiques et techniques du moment. »
