Summary

I. – L’article 9-3 du code de procédure pénale est ainsi modifié : 1° Les mots : « et assimilable à la force majeure » sont supprimés ; 2° Est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé :« L’obstacle de fait peut résulter de traumatismes psychiques de la victime. L’amnésie traumatique constitue un tel obstacle insurmontable. » II. – Les dispositions du I sont interprétatives.
