Summary

Substituer à l’alinéa 3 trois alinéas suivants : « a) Le premier alinéa est remplacé par trois alinéas ainsi rédigés : » « L’exercice illégal de la profession de médecin, de chirurgien-dentiste ou de sage-femme est puni de cinq ans d’emprisonnement et de 100 000 euros d’amende. « Dans tous les cas, la confiscation du matériel ayant permis l’exercice illégal peut être prononcée. »
