Summary

Après l’article 5 de la loi du 1 er juillet 1901 relative au contrat d’association, il est inséré un article 5  bis ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 5 bis . ‒  Toute personne condamnée pour l’une des infractions prévues aux articles 421‑1 à 421‑8 du code pénal ne peut diriger ou administrer une association pendant une durée de quinze ans à compter de la date à laquelle la condamnation est devenue définitive. »
