Summary

Le code de commerce est ainsi modifié : 1° À la fin de la première  phrase du premier alinéa de l’article L. 225‑35, les mots : « en prenant en considération les enjeux sociaux et environnementaux » sont remplacés par les mots : « en considérant les enjeux sociaux, environnementaux, culturels et sportifs » ; 2° À la fin de la troisième phrase du premier alinéa de l’article L. 225‑64, les mots : « en prenant en considération les enjeux sociaux et environnementaux » sont remplacés par les mots : « en considérant les enjeux sociaux, environnementaux, culturels et sportifs ».
