Après l’alinéa 1, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « Sous-section 4 bis « Contrôle a priori « Art. L 1111‑12‑12‑1. – Le contrôle a priori est réalisé par le président du tribunal judiciaire ou par le magistrat qu’il désigne . Ces derniers s’assurent que le consentement est libre et éclairé. Il statue en urgence. Le consentement est révocable sans forme et à tout moment. Un décret pris en Conseil d’État définit les modalités pratiques du recueil du consentement par le président du tribunal judiciaire ou par le magistrat qu’il désigne. »
