Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 43, substituer aux mots : « trois cents », le mot : « cinquante ». II. – En conséquence, à l’alinéa 44, procéder à la même substitution. III. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « À compter du 1 er janvier 2020, la formation spécialisée en matière de santé, de sécurité et de conditions de travail mentionnée aux deux alinéas précédents est instituée au sein du comité social territorial des collectivités territoriales et des établissements publics employant onze agents au moins. »
