Summary

I. – Compléter l’alinéa 17 par la phrase suivante : « Compte tenu de sa nature, l’objet de ce contrat peut être défini au moyen de spécifications techniques faisant mention d’un mode de production particulier ou d’une provenance ou origine déterminée conformément au second alinéa des articles R. 2111‑7 et R. 3111‑2 du code de la commande publique. » II. – En conséquence, procéder à la même insertion à la fin de l’alinéa 35.
