Summary

Le code de la construction et de l’habitation est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le 11° de l’article L. 271‑4, il est inséré un 12° ainsi rédigé : « 12° Le diagnostic technique global prévu à l’article L. 731‑1 du présent code et dans les conditions définies à l’article L. 731‑4 du même code. » 2° Au début de l’article L. 731‑4, est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le diagnostic technique global prévu à l’article L. 731‑1 est obligatoirement effectué tous les dix ans après le terme de la garantie décennale, telle que prévue à l’article 1792 du code civil. »
