L’article L. 2195‑4 du code de commande publique est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Toutefois, les dispositions des alinéas précédents ne sont pas applicables lorsque l’opérateur économique fait l’objet d’une procédure de redressement judiciaire pendant la durée de l’état d’urgence sanitaire déclaré en application de la loi n° 2020‑290 du 23 mars 2020 d’urgence pour faire face à l’épidémie de covid-19 ou dans l’année suivant la date à laquelle il est mis fin à cet état d’urgence. »
