Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 34, insérer alinéa suivant : « 7°  bis  À l’article 227‑25, les mots :« le cas de viol ou de toute autre agression sexuelle » sont remplacés par les mots : « les cas des infractions mentionnées aux articles 227‑14‑1 et 227‑14‑5 du présent code » ; ». II. –  En conséquence, rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 35 : « 8° L’article 227‑26 est abrogé ; ».
