Après le V de l’article L. 512‑21 du code de l’environnement, il est inséré un V  bis ainsi rédigé : « V  bis . – En cours de réhabilitation, le tiers demandeur peut transférer à un autre tiers demandeur la réalisation des travaux sous réserve des capacités techniques suffisantes et de garanties financières. Ce transfert fait l’objet d’une autorisation du représentant de l’État. »
