Summary

Le code du commerce est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le 7° de l’article L. 752‑1 du code du commerce, il est inséré un 8° ainsi rédigé :  « 8° La création, l’extension ou la transformation d’un bâtiment en un entrepôt logistique d’une surface supérieure à 1 000 m² au départ duquel au moins 60 % des biens stockés sont livrés directement ou indirectement à travers des entrepôts de transit, au consommateur final à la suite d’une commande effectuée par voie électronique. »    2° « Les articles L. 752‑1‑1 et L752‑1‑2 du code de commerce sont abrogés. »
