Summary

Après le troisième alinéa de l’article L. 4311‑1 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’infirmière ou l’infirmier peut, sur prescription médicale annuelle et en coordination avec le médecin traitant, programmer les soins liés au traitement local des plaies chroniques jusqu’à guérison. Les soins font l’objet d’un suivi consigné dans le dossier médical partagé du patient puis sont systématiquement communiqués au médecin prescripteur. »
