Après l’alinéa 6, insérer l’alinéa suivant : «  Art. 581-25-2.  – À compter du 1 er janvier 2024, est interdite toute propagande ou publicité, directe ou indirecte, ainsi que toute distribution gratuite ou promotionnelle en faveur des activités de tourisme à l’extérieur de l’Union européenne qui banalise ou valorise l’usage du transport aérien sur des périodes courtes. »
