Après l’alinéa 5, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 2°  bis Le III est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « En amont de la Constitution d’un projet de zone à faibles émissions mobilité, le maire ou le président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale compétent organise, respectivement, au conseil municipal ou à l’assemblée délibérante un débat sur l’instauration ou l’extension de zones où la vitesse des véhicules est limitée à 30 km/ h. »
