Summary

I. – Compléter l’alinéa 5 par la phrase suivante : « Ce niveau minimal est porté, au 1 er janvier 2040, au niveau de la classe E puis, au 1 er janvier 2050, au niveau de la classe D au sens du même article. » II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant :  « III. – Le Gouvernement remet au Parlement, au plus tard le 1 er janvier 2024, un rapport présentant les évolutions souhaitables en matière d’accompagnement public des propriétaires bailleurs afin d’atteindre les objectifs prévus au I du présent article. »
