Après l’alinéa 6, insérer l’alinéa suivant : «  Art. L. 581‑25‑2.  – La publicité en faveur des voitures particulières, dont l’interdiction de vente ou de distribution est actée par la loi en raison de leur caractère préjudiciable pour l’environnement, est interdite par anticipation a minima  cinq ans avant la date d’interdiction de mise sur le marché. »
