Summary

Après l’alinéa 1, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « À compter du 1 er janvier 2025, pour les mêmes commerces définis au premier alinéa du I, au moins 8 % des produits de consommation courante mis en marché doit être présentés en vrac. Une proportion minimale de 15 % de ces mêmes produits doit être atteinte à compter du 1 er janvier 2028. »
