Après la première phrase de l’alinéa 4, insérer les deux phrases suivantes :  « Le service de l’aide sociale à l’enfance veille à l’accompagnement éducatif des mineurs pris en charge dans ces structures. Il nomme un référent chargé de ce suivi et de la mise en œuvre du projet pour l’enfant prévu à l’article L. 223‑1‑1 du présent code. »
