Rétablir le I de l’alinéa 1 dans la rédaction suivante :  « I. – Les deux premiers alinéas de l’article L. 2212‑8 du code de la santé publique sont remplacés par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Un médecin ou une sage-femme qui refuse de pratiquer une interruption volontaire de grossesse doit informer, sans délai, l’intéressée de son refus et lui communiquer immédiatement le nom de praticiens susceptibles de réaliser cette intervention selon les modalités prévues à l’article L. 2212‑2. » »
