Summary
I. – À l’alinéa 6, substituer au nombre : « 300 » le nombre : « 2 000 ». II. – En conséquence, compléter le même alinéa par la phrase suivante : « Les exploitations commerciales existantes ont six mois pour se conformer à cette mesure, sous peine d’une taxe de 100 000 euros annuels dont le produit est versé dans le budget des communes du département ou de la collectivité territoriale selon des modalités introduites après avis du Conseil d’État. »
