Summary

I. – Après la première phrase de l’article L. 111‑4 du code de la consommation, est insérée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Il offre notamment la possibilité au consommateur de pouvoir changer aisément et par lui-même, lorsque cela est possible, la batterie en lui permettant l’accès à cette pièce de rechange pour une durée de 10 ans à compter de la dernière date de commercialisation du produit. » II – Le I du présent article entre en vigueur le 1 er janvier 2022.
