Après l’article L. 141‑3 du code du sport, il est inséré un article L. 431‑3‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 141‑3‑1  – Le Comité national olympique et sportif français promeut des codes de bonne conduite ayant notamment pour objet d’assurer un accès pour tous à une activité sportive, une juste représentation du sport féminin, ainsi qu’un renforcement de la lutte contre les violences sexuelles et sexistes dans le milieu sportif. »
