Summary

L’article L. 2122‑1 du code de la santé publique est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’entretien postnatal obligatoire est réalisé par un médecin ou une sage-femme entre le huitième et le quinzième jours suivant l’accouchement. L’objet de cet entretien est de permettre au professionnel de santé d’évaluer avec la femme enceinte ses éventuels besoins en termes d’accompagnement à la suite de l’accouchement. »
