L. 2123‑3-1 . – Lorsqu’elle est techniquement, économiquement et opérationnellement adaptée aux besoins des entreprises ferroviaires, la réutilisation ou la mutualisation des installations de service existantes est privilégiée avant la création de nouvelles infrastructures ou installations de service. »
