Rédiger ainsi l’article 12 : « Le second alinéa de l’article L. 174-6 du code de l’urbanisme est remplacé par l’alinéa ainsi rédigé : « En cas d'annulation contentieuse du plan local d'urbanisme et à défaut de plan local d’urbanisme ou de carte communale exécutoire, le règlement national d’urbanisme s’applique sur le territoire communal. »
