Summary

L’article L. 322‑3 du code rural et de la pêche maritime est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’interdiction d’offre au public prévue à l’article L. 411‑1 du code monétaire et financier ne s’applique pas à la proposition de parts d’un groupement foncier agricole existant ou à constituer, dès lors qu’elle s’adresse à des investisseurs locaux, dans les conditions déterminées par décret. »
