Le deuxième alinéa du III de l’article L. 253‑8 du code rural et de la pêche maritime est complété une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Ces restrictions ou interdictions ne s’appliquent pas aux surfaces cultivées voisines de bâtiments habités construits dans le cadre de projets immobiliers soumis aux dispositions de l’article L. 151‑6‑3 du code de l’urbanisme. La dérogation à ces dispositions ou leur non-respect par le promoteur ne peut être opposée à l’exploitant agricole »
